This moth cakes are the easiest to use, with their plastic hangers, for closets and for clothing cabinets and dressers. They're totally effective, with much less odor than moth balls. We have had moths munching on our clothes in the past, and cedar was completely ineffective at eradicating them, much as I might have preferred a "natural" product.

From the review, I expected this to be a safe product to use. The instructions suggest that you can't use it in a closet even though it has hangars because it is dangerous if the vapors escape into the room. It is said to cause temporary but severe eye damage as well as being dnagerous for the skin. Clothes have to be cleaned before use. In California, it is listed as a carcinogen. I would not have bought this product had I known this.
