However, when installing the rod itself we found that the bolts that were included were too short. We are going to have to go to the hardware store and try to find the right size. There was no manufacturer information including in the packaging! We decided to purchase another rod, this time the 16 inch rod for $20. We were surprised to discover that the rod extends only as far as the 12 inch rod, 7 and a fraction inches. What good is another 4 inches if it can't be used? (That's what she said.) We felt deceived, and this became our only return to Amazon. |
